Updated: 4:11 PM PDT June 29, 2021 GRANT COUNTY, Wash. The Grant County Health District reported nine new deaths from COVID-19. According to a press release from the Grant County Health Officer, eight of the individuals were unvaccinated and eight had underlying health conditions.  These recent deaths bring the COVID-19 death toll in Grant County to 134. Public Information Officer Misty Aguilar confirmed that the cases were not related. The GCHD reported one man in his 30 s, one woman in her 40 s, one man in his 60 s, two men in their 60 s, three men in their 70 s and one man in his 80 s were among the nine reported deaths.
