High Vis, Pit, Room 13 After taking one listen to the aggressive post-punk of London’s High Vis, it’s not a shock to learn that the band was formed by a bunch of former hardcore kids. While you don’t have to parse his words through screams, singer Graham Sayle maintains the ferocity of someone who’s comfortable in a thrash pit during High Vis’ intense sets even if the music backing him is closer to Gang of Four than Black Flag. With Spokane being one of only nine U.S. dates for the Brits (in support of its 2022 album Blending), it’s a rare chance for locals to experience a great international band that the rest of the country won’t get to see.
