We are seeing pockets of rain, light rain right now over the east bay. Its now moving out just past san ramon. Youre likely going to see wet sidewalks out front. The real rain months in later this afternoon and we have a series of watches and warnings in effect. In fact a flood watch is in effect for most of northern california. We have Flood Warnings for the Sacramento Valley and portions of the delta reach on. Heavy delta region. Heavy rain, streams and creeks and reservoirs, were looking out for mud slides. Were going to see intense band of rain. Not exactly clear where its going to come through right now. Wherever it does, we do have the potential for flash flooding there.
