The Incident Management Team (IMT)-Catanduanes confirmed on Thursday that the S-PaSS is no longer part of travel requirements for inbound passengers. "Under the latest Executive Order (EO) No. 04, series of 2022, issued by Governor Joseph Cua, intrazonal and interzonal travels to Catanduanes are now allowed and S-PaSS is no longer required to all travelers," an IMT advisory on the EO posted on social media read.
