He allegedly robbed a bank in Scotts Valley. He stole a car and then another Law Enforcement car early this morning which led him here to downtown san jose. Around 4 p. M. [ indiscernible ] a lot cops with dogs tried to, you know, to catch the guy. And then we saw the guy return in the ambulance. Reporter so we get some reports that this guy may have had an accomplice. Well be checking in with the command post later on today but for now at least one person in custody. The manhunt is over. Back to you. It is amazing. I mean, it starts in Scotts Valley goes up to the Redwood Estates 17 and back to san jose. We understand they had this guy cornered a couple of times and he got away. Tell us about that. There were some that refused to testify and during this investigation this board issued were the last board issued i believe this first subpoena i believe in 24 425 years and i think that mme. City clerk knows the exact amount of years with that but i think that we need to get to the bottom of this. This is not to be used lightly but i think particularly in a case of manifested Public Safety they need to understand the gravityand they need to understand that telling the truth and the whole truth is very, very important and they need to understand this Public Safety issue and get to the bottom of it.
