I can tell you looking through reports from the last 24 hours around the houston area, many places now at a foot or some spots around a foot and a half of rain already accumulated. This is the area today that is probably going to see the worst results of harvey because of all the rain that is to come. We talked about this issue, the storm surge and winds yesterday were a big issue. Today and for the next several days, all about the heavy rain that is just pounding the houston to galveston area. These are the areas that i think will see the most devastation due to how much rain has fallen already in some areas. About 20 inches of rain have fallen over the houston area. Yeah, its hard to look at this imagery because its the same picture we have been seeing all of our morning hours. The problem with that is these heavy bands of rain, the armbands of Tropical Storm harvey, well, their just stuck right over the houston area. As a result, these are the areas that are dealing with catastrophic lifethreatening flooding this morning. The center of the storm is to the south of austin. You can see there, so all the eastern half thats getting the major impacts. This is going to be the biggest problem, the one that goes down in history books.
