The accused, Dhakad Ram Bishnoi, was arrested from Jodhpur in Rajasthan for sending a threat email to Salman Khan. According to Jodhpur Police Commissioner Ravidutt Gaur, the operation was carried out under the supervision of Additional DCP Jaiprakash Atal. The accused was also earlier arrested under Arms act.
