The 71st WHOP Rotary Radio Auction was the most successful event in auction history and the chairman is thanking the community for making that possible.
The auction ended with a record total of $397,832 and Chairman Cody Noffsinger says they were able to set records in each section of the event because of the community’s support.

The Hopkinsville Rotary Club’s 71st Annual Auction raised just under $400,000 during this year’s six day run.
According to the final totals released by the club Rotarians sold 722 items to raise $90,816 during the auction. In addition the Diner and Sweet Shop raised $28,447 and the Hour and Goat Club brought in $276,569. The final total for the 2021 Rotary auction was $397,832.
2021 Auction Chairman Cody Noffsinger says the generosity of the community will continue to go toward helping the youth of Christian County.
Tonight is the final night of the 71st annual Hopkinsville Rotary Auction and Rotarians still need the community’s help to raise funds for local youth.
Rotarians sold 558 items Friday night totaling $61,394 night. The Diner and Sweet Shop brought in $24,845.50, with the Hour Club & Goat Club raising $154,671.39. Through five nights the auction has raised a total of $240,910.89
