Reporter around the bay area, counties are in phase two and phase three of Coronavirus Response and it was anticipated by Public Health officials when we moved into those phases and increased testing, case would go up. Thats what Public Health officials are saying is going on with these numbers. More than 1 3 of the cases have been detected in the last two weeks.
