VANCOUVER, BC, July 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Awalé Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ARIC) (the Company or Awalé ) is pleased to announce that it has received Exchange approval and has issued 2,223,016 payment shares in settlement of $179,689.75 in drilling services pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) with Geodrill Limited (TSX: GEO, Geodrill ) as announced April 12, 2021.
Pursuant to the MoU s , US$1 million drilling for equity program, Awalé has the option to pay Geodrill for its services in cash or a combination of cash and/or shares of the Company pursuant to VWAP and Exchange policy governing market discounts.
Awalé Resources Limited. (TSXV: ARIC) (the "Company" or "Awalé") is pleased to announce that it has completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement for 37,655,733 units at a price of $0.06 per unit raising gross proceeds of $2,259,344. The proceeds of the Offering are to be used for ongoing exploration expenditure on its projects in Côte D'Ivoire and for general overhead, working capital and operating expenses. The units consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.12 per share until expiry on May 13, 2023,

Mayor Vern Rasmussen proclaimed it Happy Days in the city.
City leaders named a block of Waters street to honor Marion ross, who played the mom on the hit show Happy Days.
Marion Ross lived in Albert Lea in her early years before moving to the Twin Cities to follow her dream of acting.
A group of Albert Lea ns have been fundraising for two years and have raised over 85-thousand dollars and are still taking donations for the museum there. She has donated just endlessly, she s really taken our community theater under her wing and kept in good financial stead, and she has also done a huge amount of help for the museum as well, says Glen Parsons, Chair of Marion Ross Statue Committee.
