Its duties would be taken over by the three Scout districts which made up its membership. Long-service awards were presented at the end of the final meeting to people who had been with the Scouting movement for many years. Awards for 25 years service were present red to Eric Lewin, Roy Scanlan, Jim Molyneux, Jack Spoor, Joan Cathcart, Tom Franks, John Watts, Sid Bundy and Denis Stanswood.
