Global Closing Room has announced that it is rebranding to AIC Global Solutions
“building on the foundations” of AIC Title Service.
AIC Global Solutions, formerly Global Closing Room, relies on the Aircraft Closing Room technology created by AIC Title Service for its virtual closing solutions.
The firm said that it will continue to focus on all transaction and asset types with a global remit. AIC Global Solutions was co-founded in August 2019 by Eric Lewin and Clay Healey, the company handles close fully digital or hybrid transactions in deal-specific virtual closing rooms. The platform aims to increase deal efficiency and transparency while reducing counter-party performance and credit risk.
Its duties would be taken over by the three Scout districts which made up its membership. Long-service awards were presented at the end of the final meeting to people who had been with the Scouting movement for many years. Awards for 25 years service were present red to Eric Lewin, Roy Scanlan, Jim Molyneux, Jack Spoor, Joan Cathcart, Tom Franks, John Watts, Sid Bundy and Denis Stanswood. Fifteen-year awards were presented to Molly Graham, John Graham, Ian Johnson, Bernard Parker, John Olliver and David Fisher. Mr Parker was also given a Thanks Badge for his work as secretary and treasurer. In February, 1995, it was bandages and splints at the ready when Barrow Scouts took part in a first-aid competition held at the British Red Cross headquarters in Warwick Street, Barrow.
