news 4 continues at 5:00 a.m. the people of libya are putting the past behind them this morning after burying their former dictator. plus new stories of survival at this hour as rescue crews dig through the rubble in turkey after a devastating earthquake. good morning to you. i m joe krebs. and i m eun yang. welcome to news 4 today for this tuesday, novemboctober 25t 2011. there is some fog that has formed, especially in northern virginia. some locations in parts of fairfax, loudoun, prince william, fauquier, down toward fredericksburg to near charlottesville have visibilities under a quarter of a mile. it s patchy fog, not widespread, but watch out for that. it s a chilly morning. we re down into the 40s in most locatio locations, but right near the bay it s low to mid-50s. we had those showers rolling through, replaced by a beautiful clear sky. sunrise at 7:27. by 9:00 low 60s. most of the fog ought to be gone by then. mostly sunny afternoon, highs reaching near 7
monday. it s a big storm. it was hard to miss this one. what s interesting is that we ve got ourselves solid rain running up with 95. you cross the bay it breaks up a little bit. let s take a little tour and sew you where the rain is this morning with the heaviest rain pushing on the north and east side. annapolis right on the edge of a break. looks like we ve got a little knot of heavy stuff if that is a legitimate cell there could be some ground cover there but we are watching the rain push itself up from 97. the heavy stuff looks like it s north eastern baltimore county and off towards bellaire. right now let s talk about that traffic this morning because no doubt it s going to be slow. it is. you have to be careful out there with the wet roads and make sure you leave enough braking distance with the car in front of you. no accidents on city or county roads in baltimore. this is the beltway on the northwest side. a life look at 795. light traffic out there and it looks
