DALLAS When the Arlington, Texas, Public Library recently set out to develop an internal policy for selecting seasonal book displays, director Norma Zuniga assumed it would be a straightforward task.
The survey, which closes a day before the Library Advisory Board discusses the policy, comes after the board spent hours debating the policies and fielding public comment.
