These dinners begin with a cocktail party and live music. Then, approximately forty people are seated at a long rectangular table, where the wines and conversation flow.
Band leaders Charles McPherson and Gilbert Castellanos bring some of the most beloved charts from Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie to the Rady Shell stage, featuring a band made of up of some of the top jazz players in the U.S.Note: the San Diego Symphony does not appear on this program.
