Speeds are still slow, down to 6 miles per hour. They just got things moving. There is another crash involving three krar cars on 101 past br, still blocking one lane. New overnight, police are investigating a hit and run crash in San Francisco involving two people including at least one homeless person. That crash took place around 3 00 a. M. The driver crashed just before 3 00 this morning because of a blacked out car that was stopped in the far right lane. It was determined the driver of the car was intoxicated and passed out behind the wheel. Its pretty unbelievable that the driver was 73,000 pounds loaded and was able to avoid a vehicle dark in color in this area. Were thankful for that. And the only inconvenience is just trying to clean up the big rig and turn it on its wheels and get the freeway back open. Right now went to go over to sal. And thats eastbound 80 near appian way. And i can tell your this is a look at what happened earlier. But you can see that the traffic is going to be cleared up. They actually righted the truck and then they towed it out just moments ago. All lanes are open. And i want to put the map up. It was right there and there was a slowdown and now the freeway is clear and the lighter volume has helped us out. Lets take a look at the other commutes. 580 is slow getting into livermore. The bay bridge toll plaza has filled in a little bit. It was lighter. And now the traffic has arrived and its a 10 to 15 minute delay before you make it to the bridge.
