Two people injured in a supermarket stabbing in Dunedin last month say they are slowly getting better but memories of the incident continue to haunt them. Four people, including two supermarket employees and a Corrections staff member, were hospitalised after the stabbing at Cumberland St Countdown. A 42-year-old man was subsequently charged with four counts of attempted murder. In a joint statement on Monday two of the stabbing victims, Vanessa Andrews and Jorge Fuenzalida, expressed thanks to those who had helped them following the attack.
