after hearing the new allegations, police issued arrest warrants for him. listed as a wanted person. reporter: upton already skipped town but authorities were able to track the car, which was listed as stolen, with onstar. they located the vehicle in mojave, arizona outside nevada. parked at a pizza parlor. the officer said that he did sit back and watch the vehicle for a while to see if anybody would walk up to the car and no one ever did. and he ended up going into the pizza parlor to ask questions, if anybody had seen the person that was driving that cadillac escalade and they said it was an individual that was actually trying to purchase the pizza parlor. he was out doing another fraud, trying to fraudulently buy another business or open up another business. reporter: scamming until the very end. scamming until the very end. i can find that. give me a second. reporter: working on a hunch, investigators figured up he might surface at an old haunt,
