Unions uh accused bart management of failing to address safety issues. We will not and cannot settle until our safety concerns not just for the workers, but for the riding public are addressed in a serious way. And bart management said the unions didnt like the raise that was offered. I think a 10 wage is more than fair to our employees, so i think we had a good confidence level in the offer we made.
