Since the scene has cleared behind me well show you video when this all took place. According to chp they say the accident happened roughly around 3 12 a. M. Were working to get more information on how that pedestrian got here in the first place. We know this area was shut down at least a couple hours while they dealt with the situation. Chp did tell me it appears to be a male killed. Thats pretty much all the information they could give me at this time. The baby was snatched from her parents car and found an hour later, 5 miles away. Kpix 5s joe vazquez tells us how Police Tracked thousand baby and the kid tracked down the baby and the kidnapper. Reporter police say the woman kidnapped the baby from a car. I spoke to the janitor of the park who said the parents were beside themselves. The father was disfault. Sobbing. He was blaming him distraught. Sobbing. He was blaming himself. He went somewhere for a minute and when he came back the baby was gone. Reporter someone stole their baby out of their car. Just before 9 00 a. M. This morning. Police put out a city wide alert. Baby was left in the car about a couple hear at the park decided to get water for their baby for the formula and left the baby in the car seat. When they came back the baby was no longer there.
