Fairfax county Police Responded by getting an emergency Custody Order. That means they can take this person in for a Mental Health evaluation. Sometime they put them on a hold for a day or two to make sure everything is okay but the man once Fairfax County Police Arrived decided not to come out, not to comply with that emergency Custody Order and that is where things have stood at this point.
