The other has been treated and released. Still, it created a chaotic scene for students and parents. The explosion happened in an unused classroom at that school on nebraska and amador streets. Also arrested, San Mateo County sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez and correctional officer michael dell carlo, both accused of smuggling two cell phones for cash to the same gang member.
