I love dream casting almost as much as I love the Sega Dreamcast. And, with Spider-Man and Miles Morales, in particular, being more popular now than ever before due to
Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse and his most recent Playstation game, I thought it would be a great time to dream cast a live-action Miles Morales movie (Or TV show. Iâm not picky). As with other times where I dream cast movies, Iâm well aware that this hypothetical film will likely never happen, so Iâm kind of just swinging for the fences with some of these picks and potential storylines. Because itâs my list, and I can dream if I want to.
Thereâs no denying it.
Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse is one of the greatest Spider-Man movies ever. It won an Academy Award for Animation (beating Pixar!), it introduced Miles Morales to a public that may not have read the original Brian Michael Bendis and Sara Pichelli comics.
And it also established Spider-Man for a whole new generation. For example, Miles Morales is my sonâs Spider-Man. Not Peter Parker. Miles Morales. Which meant that when Playstationâs
Spider-Man: Miles Morales came out, I just had to get it! For the both of us, of course. Not just for myself. Ahem.
