Admiral Sunil Lamba (Retd) paying tribute CHANDIGARH: To commemorate the Vijay Diwas, homage was paid during a solemn wreath laying ceremony on Wednesday to the martyrs at Veer Smriti -the war memorial inside the Chandimandir military station. On behalf of GOC-in-C Western Command, Lt Gen Yogendra Dimri, Chief of Staff, Western Command laid the wreath and paid tributes. A number of senior veterans of all three services also graced the occasion and paid their tributes.
