Hotel Windrow, a 59-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Ellensburg and managed by Columbia Hospitality, has announced the appointment of Gemma Fortier as general manager. She will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, community support, and partnerships.Fortier is stepping into the role as previous general manager, Matt Skaletsky, was promoted to area general manager within Columbia Hospitality.
