Gauahar Khan s father, Zafar Ahmed Khan, who was not well for some time, died on March 5. It s been more than two months since his death and the actress still misses him every day. Gauahar Khan recently took to social media to post a heartfelt note for her late father as she celebrated Eid without him this year. She even shared a picture of him on Instagram.

Actress Gauahar Khan remembered her father Zafar Ahmed Khan on his one-month death anniversary. Gauahar s father passed away on March 5 in a Mumbai hospital. Taking to her social media, she shared a picture with a small note for him. Zafar died early in March, after days of being hospitalised. Gauahar along with husband-choreographer Zaid Darbar and family took charge of ensuring that the funeral takes place keeping all precautions in mind.Â
As it had been a month, Gauahar remembered her dad by sharing an old, black and white picture of him. Alongside, she penned a note, saying she misses him a lot. 1 month today. I miss you sooo much papa. I love you so much. u were everything to me, she wrote.

The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a Non Cooperation Directive against actress Gauahar Khan for two months for allegedly flouting Covid-19 rules by continuing to shoot despite being testing positive for the virus. A press release issued by the FWICE, informs about the stringent action taken by the body against the actress.
It reads: The FWICE highly condemns the act of Ms Gauahar Khan for resuming shooting after being tested positive for covid-19 infection even though she was advised to be quarantined. Her act is highly irresponsible and is against the strict guidelines laid down by the Government of India and Maharashtra issued for the media and entertainment industry post resumption of shootings in Maharashtra.
