Savenok/Getty Images) FREEHOLD, NJ - A Democratic-led committee in the New Jersey state Legislature advanced a resolution Thursday calling for a Bruce Springsteen Day in the Garden State. Springsteen, 71, is a Grammy-award winning musician from Freehold. He currently lives in Colts Neck. State Assemblywoman Valerie Vainieri Huttle (D-Bergen) introduced the measure in January.
