HOT SPRINGS Former District 5 Justice of the Peace John Horner is under investigation, Sheriff Mike McCormick said at last week s regular meeting of the Garland County Quorum Court.
The Garland County Sheriff s Office and Piney Fire Department responded to the 400 block of West Mountain View Drive shortly after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday after a fisherman reported seeing a vehicle in the water.
