Well, that wasn t fun, and I doubt I will surprise any of you when I note that only two players on the entire defense saw their Pro Football Focus (PFF) season grade increase after yesterday s slaughter, but I bet you can only name one of them! The offense was a mixed bag when it came to season grade movement, but we saw some predictable shifts there, for good and ill. On the other hand, I was actually able to watch the game yesterday, Merry frackin Christmas. Ah well. So, for the second to last game of the 2020 season, you can find below the overall PFF

Well, the Vikes play a solid game offensively only to get demolished on defense. That was an ugly game, and yet the Vikings hung in there for a while. We all know the blame for this loss goes on DAN BAILEY, how dare you miss that extra point. But at the end of the day the Vikes get bounced, mercifully, from the playoffs. What kills me is this offensive performance was what we want to see from the Vikes offense, there were miscues on offense but they score 30+ points.
