Was the plea deal that was agreed to on monday. And just a short time ago the judge approved the terms of that deal. Lets take a look at the details here. 12 months, thats the sentence. And former Fairfax Police officer adam torres has already been behind bars for about ten months now. And hes going to get credit for that time already served. So he will be free very soon, were told.
