This is similar to what existed at a prior time. I suppose that is debatable. If i am understanding what you are saying, i agree with what he has said. Obviously, significant legislation is to be debated ki Medicare Part d includes the Risk Corridor Program and a source of funds for the program. But as i read the Health Care Legislation that is not the case. And based on a lack of appropation it is my understanding the Insurance Company cant make payments to cover the program. This is supported by the current process and i would like to submit this to the record. In december, i asked the secretary of health and Human Services on if it was legal to make the changes to the state and she didnt answer and we are not here to talk about this. But i would hope that the Supreme Court will address this and show there is a lack of law to move forward with aproperation that hasnt occurred. Mr. Green is now recognized for five minutes.
