The victims of the deadly amtrak crash in philadelphia. Amtrak will pay 265 million to settle all pending claims due to last years fatal derailment in port richmond. The train went off the tracks in 2014. Today they approved the settlement by the victims attorneys. They are all expected to receive their payments by next summer. Federal investigators determined that the train engineer was distracted and he learned of another train getting hit by a rock. Meanwhile, in northeast philadelphia a woman was shot to death behind an apartment complex. And police are still looking for her killer, the attack happened overnight on the 2600 block of welsh road. A second victim was shot at the same location and the surrounding neighborhood was littered with bullets. Annie mccormick is following the investigation and joins us from police headquarters.
