And this womans daughter opened the door to handout candy and got a scare. Oh, mommy, the car on the kid walked for trick or treat. A 4yearold boy was hit by a car. Police say he was conscious and alert and had a serious gash on his head. And i say, oh, ill scared, sad for them. And investigators say the driver took off only to stop a block away get out and witnesses and then drive off again.
