EDISON, NJ Edison’s Junior Achievement’s (JA) mission is to “inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.” The organization, which has a partnership with the New Jersey Department of Education, provides a great deal of crucial resources to help students choose careers and find jobs.

Ashley Donecker, Vice President of Development & Communications, shared that switching programs to a virtual mode has actually helped JA reach more people. She reported, “We’re proud of how quickly we shifted to remote programs.” She added, “It was challenging but also rewarding.
