(Jan. 13, 2021) Updated Jan 13, 2021; ♦ The Theater Project is seeking entries for its 19th annual Young Playwrights Competition and, to serve as an incentive of sorts, the Union-based professional theater company will re-stream four of last year’s winning plays online 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday. The contest is open to New Jersey high school-aged residents. Deadline to enter the 2021 competition is Jan. 22. Guidelines can be found at thetheaterproject.org. Winners receive cash prizes and will have their work performed by professional actors at a Zoom awards ceremony in the spring.
