As of this morning these,nm mase flames burned through near 100 square miles of dry rugged per rain not far from clearlake, about 100 miles north of San Francisco. This animation puts it into perspective how much that this had fire has grown since it broke out last week. At one point it took just five hours for the fire to grow 20,000 acres, today in the bay kris sanchez following the story for us. Its been more than two weeks since both sides faced off in the courtroom here. Theyre in recess right now, the exhusbands attorney is an hour into his closing argument, its an emotional case with long lasting impacts for both sides. You see them both coming in around 9 30, the doctor appeared with someone who told me she was her friend lending her support. Steven finley walked in on crutches. He hurt himself playing sports a couple months ago. Both he and lee were stone faced in the courtroom today. The judge asked questions throughout the First Closing argument. At issue is the fate of the five frozen embryos made by finley and lee back in 2010. Three years later, the couple split. Finleys attorney went first, and he called lees cancer a red herring, she doesnt have cancer any more, its a separate issue. Focusing on the consent waiver signed before freezing those embryos.
