Now police say that 51yearold dawn diana rains hughes is in custody charged with the murder of her 4yearold grandson. Authorities were called to the home on reports of a child drowning in a bathtub. Paramedics could not revive the boy and he was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police questioned hughes who was babysitting at the time and in the course of the interview detectives determined the drowning was not accidental. This is a story that started this morning when two bart Police Officers spotted something that didnt look right. One officer noticed they were in a u haul with a smashed out broken window and the suspect was walking away when he approached. The suspect is 28yearold charles getting who is on probation. Police were about to search him when he pulled a gun who started to fire hitting one of the officer. The officer produced a weapon and fired several times. The two officers took mr.
