BETHLEHEM — Approximately two dozen people sat scattered around Memorial Hall on Tuesday, August 3, waiting patiently for the Inland Wetlands Agency to get to one of the last items
BETHLEHEMÂ â The Inland Wetlands Commission, meeting Tuesday, March 2, denied one application as being incomplete and approved another.
The commission set a Public Hearing for a third, that of Grillo LLC for a new organic composting facility.
This is the second application filed by Grillo LLC. The first was withdrawn after time ran out for scheduling the Public Hearing. The hearing is now scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 27. All material that is to be viewed and read into the record must be received by the commission no later than 7 p.m. April 20.
In scheduling the hearing, commissioners agreed that the application is likely to have a significant impact and that it is in the public interest to hold a hearing.
