Wackenhuts’ Fatio-designed landmark sells for $17.88M to Moens-linked company, deed shows
An entity linked to real estate broker Lawrence A. Moens bought the Palm Beach house at 930 S. Ocean Blvd., which was designed by society architect Maurice Fatio and restored by Richard and Marie Wackenhut.

Having carried out a meticulous restoration, Richard R. and Marie Wackenhut have parted with their landmarked Palm Beach house designed in 1929 by noted society architect Maurice Fatio. The sale was recorded Thursday at $17.88 million.
An ownership company linked to Rick Wackenhut, heir to the security-services fortune, sold the house at 930 Ocean Blvd., with its distinctive façade of quarried Keystone blocks.
