Charges have now been filed in a deadly shooting in brown deer earlier this week. Jessie james is charged with first degree reckless homicide. For the death of mannix franklin jr, on monday night. Prosecutors say james admitted to the shooting. The victim is the son of james roommate. James told police that he ordered the victim to turn down his music, then leave the apartment.
