Burned. The fire started around 3 30 this afternoon. Quickly devoured 150 acres. Its now 1,000 acres and is zero percent contained. It spread so fast. New video just in. Cal fire has called in more resources to help. An Evacuation Center has been opened in lower lake. The rag fire in napa and solano counties continues to threaten more than 100 homes.
