Now at 9 a steady drop in coronavirus cases across the state has cleared the way in 9 counties for the wider reopening of businesses and that includes most of the bay area good evening, everybody thanks for being here at 9 oclock, im grant lotus and im Vicki Liviakis alameda. San mateo and solano counties received the green light to move forward with reopening. Those counties were added to the red or second tier of the states colorcoded for tier ranking system.
