In a historic first move, the San Francisco deas office filed homicide charges against former San Francisco Police Officer chris samayo who was fired three months after fatally shooting a 43yearold blackman in december of 2017. The victim allegedly stole a minivan before leading police on a chase. Body camera footage shows that not a single other faef pulled out their Service Weapon or pointed it at mr. Oneal.
