Booked in actually while this all happened while he was still in handcuffs castro was able to get a hold of that deputies gun and thats when castro started shooting off rounds and that deputy was able to crawl to safety and get help he a call for backup and thats when you saw all these different agencies multiple agencies born appealing a crisis negotiators much line to contact and talk to a castro there. We do know that according to officials there saying that the deputies gun was properly store during all this the jail was on lockdown in the area near the lower Basement Parking lot. Was evacuated.
