撞伤行人竟逃跑 三小时后便落网
肇事的犯罪嫌疑人被民警抓获
东台市开发区交警中队副中队长丁月飞接警后，率领民警迅速赶到现场，发现一名女伤者汪某在被撞后，左肩以及盆骨都有骨折，不能动弹，肇事车不知去向。
民警一方面了解情况，一方面联系120急救车抢救伤者。鉴于事故现场无直接监控，民警通过肇事车当天的行迹路线，调取周边路段监控，并对周边群众进行排查走访，最终确定肇事车为一辆收废品的绿色电动三轮车。民警到附近废品收购站进行摸排和人脸比对，锁定肇事者为东台镇蔡六村四组收废品的于某。
民警马不停蹄跟踪追缉，于当天中午13时许，在于某家中查获肇事电动三轮车，民警将肇事车被撞痕迹与事故现场遗留物相比对完全吻合。在铁的事实面前，于某对肇事逃逸行为供认不讳。
