Police received the call about a man lying in the middle of the road at 1 30 this morning. Police say the victim of this hit and run is intoxicated and they are unsure if he was attempting to cross the street or if he was just wandering in the middle of the they do know is that the car drove away that car is described as a maroon or red 4door car. Police believe the car continued east on capital after hitting the man the victim was taken to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries.
