Victim along 1900 block have have spruce street, the chilling video, shows him leaving, and then returning for a second attack. Surveillance video shows the 26 yearold victim just yards from her door at 120 saturday morning when the the suspect rapist comes up behind her and grabs her neck. Police say he forced her to first open up her buildings door and then her apartment. Once inside investigators say he raped and robbed her. My god, the girl had nothing to do with anything. Im really shocked, that this neighbor cant be friendly. Reporter at alleged rapist, stole the i phone and keys and watch closely you are looking at the suspect leaving the victims apartment after the initial rape but then he turns around and goes back inside the building and assaults her a second time. It is a shame this could happen here but i guess it can happen anywhere. Our hearts go out to the poor girl that this happened too and we hope that she she will in a quick painless manner.
