This more than anything else seems to be with what the Republican Party stands for these days. I know its strange but one party would make some people uninsured the centerpiece of their agenda but that apparently is what it is. Of course what is stranger still is that shutting down our government and it doesnt accomplish their stated goal. The Affordable Care care act as a law that passed the house and passed the senate and the Supreme Court ruled the constitutional. It was a central issue in last years election. It is settled and it is here to stay. Because of its Funding Sources its not impacted by a Government Shutdown.
