Were mandated by the San Francisco charter to submit a budget to the mayor of San Francisco and the board of supervisors by may 1st. A budget that is rooted in this agencys value. We understand that even if the mayor decides to use the Emergency Declaration to extend the deadline of our budget, we still need an adopted budget as a Referen
