No traffic getting through, only the construction crews are out here along 95 trying to fix the situation. So, without 95, of course, a very busy stretch of 95 in the mornings, where should you go . Head over to one, the super highway and roosevelt boulevard or stay local on hulmeville road, even 13 or state road closer to the river but 95 blocked off.
